Can't Do Me - Pressure

Recently, people just tend to annoy the shit out of me.
and it's not because they are rude or anything, oh no i knew people were always rude to each other a long time ago.
It's mainly because they pressure me too much.
Knowing me, I really really really hate pressure, especially when it comes from other people.
If I were an animal, I would be a effin' fabulous flip-my-hair golden retriever that doesn't give a damn about anything in the world.
Pressure is good sometimes, don't get me wrong. It gives you the motivation to work and strive for something you really want.
It's okay if I put pressure on myself, because that's just me setting a goal for myself in life.
BUT.
It's not okay for you to pressure me because I already put enough pressure on myself.
You can apply your own pressure on your life.
and this rant actually came to life when people just expect me to get perfect results all the time.
which is annoying because frankly, I am just so satisfied when I get A.
I don't need you to tell me that I got higher the previous exam and I should always maintain that standard .
Nobody in the freakin world gets 95 for their exams all the time.
I ain't perfect , deal with it.

P.S : This is the reason why most people are unhappy in life.
They bring down others.

On a more postive note, I got A for Add Maths and Physics !
I got C for both subjects for my previous exam haha xD

Now that, ladies and gents, is a global achievement in Pui Yan world.

Oh look, a dog version of me in the carefree world.

Holiday Stories

I want pizza.

It's been a while since I have blogged about anything because let's face it, Facebook is da bomb now .
Also it's because I'm a lazy slug.
but since I'm free now, I thought might as well feed my long abandoned baby blog with my mostly useless rants and stories.
Leggo !

During the first week of holidays was my Grade 6 Trinity Organ Examination at One World Hotel, and it went .. I have no words to describe it .
To be honest, it wasn't that bad .. but it wasn't the best either.
I definitely failed Sight Reading tho, the notes were freaking high up and I'm suppose to read it all in half a minute.
With the damn pressure, all I could see was floating black dots .
The rest of it didn't go that bad,
the funniest thing was when the examiner kept asking me for ice creams because my last song was called "Interval - Ice Cream Music" which is basically the music an organist plays during an interval when the ushers start selling ice cream in the theater.
He even stopped me when I was about to play the song and WENT OUT of the examination room to ask my organ teacher for an ice cream.
WHAT DA HECK.
Where has all these nice examiners been during my many years of sitting for examinations ?
I love Trinity examiners seriously, considering I haven't met a nasty one yet.
YET.
Hopefully I'll pass the exam and move on to Grade 7 !

That same day after my organ examination, I went to my godfather's place to decorate the vehicle for the 31st Kiwanis Treasure Hunt .
In case you are wondering wth is Kiwanis Treasure Hunt , it's actually an event held in support of the welfare of kids with down-syndrome.
It's a really fun and meaningful event and it's already my third year joining in the fun !
Am I counted as a regular yet ?
My favourite part is swimming every evening at the hotel swimming pool !
The pool is huge and even the shallowest part reaches my shoulder.
I always loved swimming but it seems like I'm the only one in my family that does.
Thus, I haven't swam in years.
Being in the water again sure feels good !
But here's the downside, I came home looking like a fried chicken !
WTH.
Sometimes I really hate the sun.

"Edge Of Tomorrow" premiered at the cinema last Friday and I watched it on premiere Saturday without even knowing !
Actually my dad, Pui Ee and I were going to watch X-Men : Days Of Future Past but then the cinema was full.
Godzilla wasn't showing that day.
and my dad refuses to watch Maleficient *EGO*
I saw the poster for Edge of Tomorrow and it looked pretty cool.
When my dad saw the poster, he immediately vouched to watch.
MEN.
Just by looking at the poster, you can understand why my dad likes it .
typical men.

The cinema was packed as packed could be.
We sat at the second most front row and thought it would be uncomfortable.
It was for the first 10 minutes but then the action started ,
screw the angle, the movie was fantastic.
So darn funny , I was clapping like a retarded seal while laughing.
and Pui Ee was sitting beside me and giving me the awkward stare like "Get a hold of yourself, retard".
I ain't gonna give out any spoilers so rest assure people, you can keep reading.

Actually no, stop reading.
Going to end my blog post here for now, till next time then !

Changes.

<Time Change, People Change>

You have no idea how true that quote is.
5 years ago, I would never have dared to believed that I could be doing what I am now.
Joining everything that I once thought, "Hell no I ain't not joining that".
I never thought there was even a slightest chance I could join Public Speaking, Debate or Choral Speaking.
I never thought I can lead a society or club.
because I was shy, and often didn't have much confidence that I can do much.

Well, look at me now.

Joining speaking competitions that the past me would have freaked out and immediately reject the opportunities.
but 2 years ago, I realised,
If I wasn't going to join into these sort of stuff and experience it,
when am I ever going to have the chance again?
I am only going to be a high-school student once in my life.

And I'm going to do it right.
No regrets, no fear.
Just living it the way my future self will thank me for one day.

Little Miss Busy.

Basically.

I have been busy with a lot of things lately and I didn't have much time to blog until now because tomorrow is a holiday ! //yayyyyyyy
It's no wonder all the seniors always say that Form 4 is nothing like Form 3.
A serious drastic change.
I have been struggling to catch up with the new subjects though, with Physics constantly strangling me around the neck and Add Maths hitting me with a hammer from the back of my head.
but I am trying my best and I hope I will actually understand the subject in the end.

Last week, I went to Bangkok which is a complete shopping paradise like laaaaaaaaaaaaaving it !
Some pictures to describe my trip, pronto !

This was at Chatuchak Market where I was having almost too much fun shopping !
It almost feels like a criminal to be shopping so lavishly =D

At Siam Paragon to visit the pretty Christmas decorations :)
but not to shop here of course,
sorry but I don't do Louis Vuitton.
HAHAHA just kidding, I'm just a poor git.

This was when I was live at the "Shutdown Bangkok" movement outside of Asok Station !
The surroundings were so noisy from the cheering and whistling, it was ear-splitting and uncomfortable to the ears.
but it was very merry and everybody was working together to rally so it was kindda fun to watch from a distance !

 Da' ladies at Siam Paragon.
Again, photo snapping !

SEE THE CROWD ?
We didn't dare to go down to the streets because at this rate, you might have became a flatten hamburger before you even know it !

That's just some pictures though. I am too lazy to post them all haha but you can check them out at my Facebook account.
I had a satisfying shopping haul from Bangkok, from head to toe.
EVERYTHING IS JUST SO CHEAP THERE !
URGH I WANNA GO AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

*clear throat*

Anyways, I officially didn't make it to move to SMK Kota Kemuning as I hoped for.
I was tad bit disappointed of course but I accept fate and am going to continue staying at SMK Alam Megah 2 since I REALLY REALLY DON'T WANT TO GO TO SMK JALAN KEBUN.
LIKE NO WAY.

Anyways, I like SMK Alam Megah 2.
It's my first high-school and I have many friends here :)
So even if I feel disappointed at being rejected from SMK Kota Kemuning, well let's just look at the bright side of things right ?

Since tomorrow is a holiday, I wanna play Sims 3.
Like now.
HAHAHA bye.
