Dissapointment that never should have happened

Haih . . .
Mum said today that I will not be having my new handphone even though I got 5A's .
She said UPSR is not important . Some kids don't even have food to eat . So don't demand so much .
but I don't think I demand much . .
All I wanted was a new handphone .
If she didn't want to give me in the first place . .
Why didn't she tell me before my UPSR examination ?
Papa promised me my new handphone , she heard it clearly .
Yet . .
She didn't say a word then .
Now she forbid my father to buy me my new handphone .
She say if my father buy means she will take the handphone and give away .
And somemore I was so looking forward to my new handphone . .
I guess I am the only one among my friends that is not getting a present for my good results . .
